Intellectual property
The Bowerbird House name, the software, the design of this website and its texts belong to Bowerbird House or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without written agreement.

Websites published by galleries
Each gallery website on Bowerbird House, whether at a bowerbirdhouse.com address or on the gallery's own domain, is published by that gallery. The gallery chooses and uploads its images and texts and is responsible for them. Its details are on the legal page of its website. Bowerbird House provides the software and hosts the site; we do not choose, check or edit what galleries publish.
Reporting content, including copyright
If you believe content hosted by Bowerbird House infringes your copyright or other rights, or is otherwise illegal, write to hello@bowerbirdhouse.com with the subject "Content report". Please include: the address (URL) of the page and, if possible, of the image; a description of the work or right concerned and why you consider it infringed; whether you are the rights holder or act on their behalf; and your name and contact details. A report that is clearly incomplete may take longer to handle.
We acknowledge every report. Where a report is sufficiently precise and the content appears unlawful, we remove it or disable access to it promptly, normally within two working days. We tell the gallery concerned what was removed and why, and the gallery can reply with its side, for example a licence or permission. We let the person who reported it know our decision.
We suspend the website of a customer that repeatedly publishes infringing content.
This address is also our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, for authorities and users, in French or English.
